She is a Level 3 ACA-registered counsellor and EMDR-certified therapist specialising in neurodiversity-affirming care. Her key skills and strengths are:

  • Holds a Master of Counselling, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and postgraduate qualifications in counselling

  • Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Certified Neurodivergent Therapist

  • Trained in a range of evidence-based modalities: EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), CBT, and Person-Centred Therapy
