
In order to make an assessment booking, please follow the below steps:

1. Read the information on this website, including the Terms and Conditions. Ask us any questions you may have.
2. Complete the client consent form.
3. A payment of 50% deposit is required to secure your booking via the Client Portal page above. If you are using AfterPay the full assessment cost is charged at the time of booking (this is a separate system).

4. To use AfterPay instead, please click here. AfterPay will notify us that you have made a payment. We will book you into the next clinical appointment available. If this time does not suit you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Neurodiverse will send you a 'Welcome to Your Assessment' email and NovoPsych questionnaires.
6. Payment of the remaining 50% of the assessment cost will be debited by Neurodiverse via your stored credit card on the Client Portal (Zanda) on the day of your clinical interview.
7. You will need to complete extensive diagnostic questionnaires (3 hours) and validated quantitative questionnaires from Novo Psych before your clinical interview.
8. You will receive a Confirmation of Attendance form with any diagnoses, on the day of your clinical interview, provided you have completed all questionnaires.
9. If you have not completed all questionnaires, a short feedback session will be scheduled to go through your results and a Confirmation of your Attendance form will then be provided.
10. Your Summary or Comprehensive report will be emailed to you in due course (usually within a week, but can be up to 12 weeks).

11. You are invited to provide us with feedback (can be anonymous).
