In order to make an assessment booking, please follow the below steps:
1. Read the information on this website, including the Terms and Conditions. Ask us any questions you may have.
2. Complete the client consent form.
3. A payment of 50% deposit is required to secure your booking via the Client Portal page above. This is non-refundable. If you are using AfterPay the full assessment cost is charged at the time of booking (this is a separate system).
4. To use AfterPay instead, please click here. AfterPay will notify us that you have made a payment. We will book you into the next clinical appointment available. If this time does not suit you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Neurodiverse will send you a 'Welcome to Your Assessment' email and NovoPsych questionnaires. All questionaires and assessments must be completed 48 hours before your clinical appointment.
6. Payment of the remaining 50% of the assessment cost will be debited by Neurodiverse via your stored credit card on the Client Portal (Zanda) the day before your clinical interview.
7. You will need to complete extensive diagnostic questionnaires (5 hours) and validated quantitative questionnaires from Novo Psych before your clinical interview. You must complete this at least 48 hours prior to your clinical interview.
8. You will receive a Confirmation of Attendance form with any diagnoses, on the day of your clinical interview, provided you have completed all questionnaires.
9. Your Comprehensive report will be emailed to you in due course (usually within 2 weeks, but can be up to 12 weeks for sale bookings). If you have selected a priority booking ($900), your report will be sent to you on the same day of your appointment.
