THIRD PARTY REFERRERS

Neurodiverse now facilitates payment of our Adult ADHD & Autism assessment via our external referral service.

If you are a charity, Not-For-Profit or another external referrer, please complete this form for your client.  We will be in touch with you with a tailored invoice within two business days.  Once this has been paid, we will contact your client with all assessment information including our individual client consent form and arrange a convenient time for their clinical interview.

We currently have a number of appointments available in June 2026.

Please note that any sales/ promotions do not apply to Third Party referrals.  The cost for an assessment is $900.  This is so individuals can access the more affordable service as a priority.
