TERMS & CONDITIONS

Summary

Please take your time to fully understand this assessment process and what you are agreeing to.

​

The assessment process involves:

1. Please read the information on this website. Ask us any questions you may have: neurodiverepsychjen@protonmail.com
 

2. Complete the client consent form.
 

3. Payment of 50% deposit to secure your booking via the Client Portal Page.  If you are using AfterPay the full assessment cost is charged at the time of booking (this is a separate system). 

 

4. Neurodiverse will send you a 'Welcome to Your Assessment' email and NovoPsych questionnaires. 
 

5. Payment of the remaining 50% of the assessment cost will be debited by Neurodiverse via your stored credit card on Zanda on the day of your clinical interview.
 

6. You will need to complete an extensive diagnostic questionnaires (5 hours) and validated quantitative questionnaires from Novo Psych before your clinical interview.
 

7. You will be provided with of a Confirmation of Attendance form on the day of your clinical interview, provided you have completed all questionnaires.
 

8. If you have not completed all questionnaires, a short feedback session will be scheduled to go through your results and a Confirmation of your Attendance form will then be provided.
 

9. Your Summary or Comprehensive report will be emailed to you in approximately 6-8 weeks.

Deposit & Payment

​

In order to secure your assessment, you will need to provide a 50% deposit. This is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or if you do not show up (15 minutes or more late). The remaining 50% will be deducted from your stored card on Zanda and processed on the day of your appointment.

We offer one reschedule opportunity only.

Other important points:

​

  • It is possible that you may not meet diagnostic criteria for autism or ADHD though this assessment.
     

  • All assessments and diagnoses are final from Jen.
     

  • This service is only available to adults living and accessing the service in Australia.
     

  • Your psychological assessment does NOT automatically guarantee medication from a doctor; NDIS, government or any other agency program acceptance or approval.
     

  • Your Comprehensive or Summary report takes time to complete and will be available as soon as possible. This may take up to three months.
     

  • At Neurodiverse, we are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment. We do not condone bullying, intimidation, or threats in any form towards our staff, and we strive to ensure all interactions are conducted with professionalism and kindness.

 

 

Detailed Terms and Conditions

Neurodiverse trades under Net Enterprises.

Our bookings are processed and managed through the secure practice management software Zanda.

​​

Booking an appointment online will involve:

– Selecting your preferred appointment time & service.

– Entering your details, including Name, Email and Phone and selecting the service you require

– Entering a verification code which will be sent via SMS to your phone number

– Entering a valid credit card number where you will need to make a 50% deposit.

You will be sent a confirmation email of your booking, and direct links to our Terms and Conditions.

 

Service Agreement

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all services delivered by Net Enterprises. By completing a booking with us, you agree that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If for any reason you do not understand or agree with our Terms & Conditions, please do not continue with booking online and contact us via neurodiversepsychjen@protonmail.com.

1. Service & Fee Agreement

Bookings can be made for the following services:

​

Autism and ADHD Assessment + Comprehensive Report =$900

​

Autism and ADHD Assessment + Summary Report = $600

​

These fees and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.​​

All reports and diagnoses are final and no changes will be made.

​

 Please choose carefully before you make a payment. Take your time to ask Neurodiverse, family, friends or other health professionals questions about whether this is the right service for you.​

​

PLEASE NOTE: This service is not intended for crisis situations where you feel at imminent risk of harming yourself or others. In crisis situations, please discontinue with this booking process and call 000, the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467 – Australia Wide), the Assessment & Crisis Intervention Service (13 14 65 – SA only), LifeLine (13 11 14 – Australia Wide) or present to your nearest Emergency Department.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are non-transferrable to another person. 

If you need to reschedule, please email neurodiversepsychjen@protonmail.com with strictly greater than 48 hours’ notice from the scheduled appointment time.​ If you cancel or want to reschedule less with less than 48 hours notice, you will not receive your deposit back. You are allowed to reschedule once.

Please note that Jen may need to reschedule your appointment if she is unwell/ there is a client safety issue or is unable to see you that day due to unforeseen circumstances. She will contact you to organise another time or you can log into the portal to see what times are available and request a time of your choosing.

3. Payment

In order to secure a booking and begin your assessment, payment of 50% of the assessment fee will need to made.

By scheduling and paying for your appointment, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the service and information on the consent form.

​

All values expressed within this website are in Australian Dollars.

​​

Private Health Insurance rebates are determined by your Insurer and specific Policy type. Please contact your Insurer to discuss. You will be issued with a receipt at the end of your appointment suitable for private health insurance

​

4. Agreement

Net Enterprises may revise our Service Agreement and Privacy Policy from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply from the date of publication. Updated terms and conditions will be available on the Neurodiverse website for review.

If you do not understand your obligations regarding our Service Agreement do not book an assessment and contact us at neurodiversepsychjen@protonmail.com.

 

5. Privacy Policy & Confidentiality

Privacy Policy

Net Enterprises adheres to the 13 Australian Privacy Principals (APPs) outlined in the March 2018 reforms to Privacy Act 1988.

By accepting the Terms & Conditions of Net Enterprises you acknowledge that you are aware and consent that:
 

• As part of providing a psychological service to you, Net Enterprises will need to collect and record personal and clinical information that is relevant to the provision of psychological assessment and treatment.

This information will be utilised by your psychologist and administration staff in order to provide our services.

 

• You may request that certain information is not recorded or held by Net Enterprises.
 

• You have the option to interact with Net Enterprises anonymously or using a pseudonym, unless it is impracticable, or where the law or a court order requires you to identify yourself.
 

•Your personal and clinical information will be recorded and stored electronically using Zanda Management Software.
 

• You will be notified if any breach involving your stored personal or clinical information occurs.
 

• You are able to request access to this information at any time and all requests will be responded to in a reasonable time frame. This information will be available to be viewed in hard copy. There may be a reasonable administrative fee charged for such requests.
 

• You may be refused access to your personal and clinical information if there is a serious threat to the life, health or safety of an individual or the public. This threat does not need to be imminent. You will be provided in writing the reasons for refusing access and the mechanisms available to complain about the refusal. You will be refused access to information from couples therapy without the consent of all parties.
 

• You are required to provide written consent for any personal information to be disclosed unless Net Enterprises is legally required to do so.
 

• If corrections are made to your personal or clinical information that has previously been disclosed to another entity, reasonable steps to notify the other entity of the correction will be made if requested by you.
 

• After the legally required time of 7 years, your inactive personal and clinical information will be destroyed through appropriate and irreversible means of confidential destruction.
 

• You are at liberty to and encouraged to make a complaint known as “an interference with the privacy” of an individual about any believed breach of the APPs to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

 

6. Confidentiality

The information shared with Net Enterprises remains confidential, with the following exceptions:
 

• To lessen or prevent a serious threat to the life, health or safety of any individual, or to public health or safety and that this need not be imminent.
 

• When such a disclosure is necessary to assist in the locating of a missing person.

• Any act of child abuse or neglect.

• Possession of, or intention to attain a firearm or firearms licence considered unsafe.

• When written consent is given by you.

• You are under the age of automatic confidentiality as determined by your state or territory.

• As the request of a court by subpoena.

Under these circumstances the relevant guidelines and laws will be followed.

Net Enterprises has the right to refuse a booking. Abusive language or behaviour, intimidation or threats towards Jen or her staff will not be tolerated. Individuals who engage in such behaviour will have their file closed at Neurodiverse, be reported to police and blocked.

7. Social Media Disclaimer

The information shared on my business social media accounts (links are on the neurodiversepsych.com website) are for educational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional psychological advice. Please consult with a mental health professional regarding your individual needs. Engaging with my business social media accounts does not establish a therapeutic relationship. Please be aware messages and comments may not be responded to. Please email neurodiversepsyhjen@protonmail.com regarding bookings.

8. Reports

If you have completed all your questionnaires prior to your clinical appointment, you will receive a diagnosis at the end of that appointment (if applicable). You will also receive a 'Confirmation of Attendance' form with your diagnosis (if applicable) immediately after your clinical consultation with Jen. If you have not completed all questionnaires, a feedback session will be scheduled where you will receive this. Your Summary or Comprehensive report will be emailed to you up to three months later as this takes time for Jen to complete. Usually, it is completed much prior to this.

9. NovoNote

Please note Jen uses NovoNote technology for assessment and report writing. You can find our more here. You will be asked to agree to this as part of the service provided on the consent form. If you do not wish for this to occur, Jen may be unable to provide you with a service. 

​

10. Medication

Psychologists do not prescribe medication. Please do not book into this service under this assumption. 

​

11. Online courses

Jen will produce online courses from time to time for the public to purchase. All new clients booking in from 19 June 2025 will have complimentary access to these courses.
