Please Note Significant Changes to our Terms and Conditions (September, 2026) Below- Effective Immediately.

Please regularly review this page as it is updated.

Overview & Intake Journey
Neurodiverse (trading under Net Enterprises) aims to provide an affordable and accessible Adult ADHD and Autism Assessment service. To minimize complaints and client confusion, our booking and intake process operates as a step-by-step intake journey.

When booking online through our practice management software (Zanda), clients progress through a page-by-page flow where each condition is presented individually.

All agreement checkboxes are unticked by default, requiring clients to actively engage and click to agree to each statement before moving to the next page.

Upon booking completion, clients receive an email confirmation detailing all agreed-to conditions.

Summary of Key Terms & Acknowledgments
1. Booking Identity
● The booking must be made in the full legal name of the person being assessed.

● You must provide your correct full legal name, date of birth, physical address, email, and
phone number at the time of booking.

● Account details cannot be altered after booking, and you cannot book on behalf of
another individual or use an anonymous/fake name.

2. Deposit & Payment Options
● Option A (Deposit & Automatic Balance Draw): A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your clinical interview. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically debited via your stored card on Zanda 7 days prior to your interview.

If this payment declines, an SMS with a direct payment link will be sent; you will have a 4-day grace period to complete payment or send proof of payment.

If the balance remains unpaid 3 days (72 hours) prior to the appointment, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

● Option B (Full Upfront Payment): You may choose to pay the full fee upfront at booking. If you cancel or fail to proceed, 50% of the total fee is non-refundable to cover immediate administrative setup, automated questionnaire distribution, and file preparation.

● Promotions & AfterPay: Full payment is charged upfront at booking when using AfterPay, third-party funding, or promotional rates. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

● Deposit Acknowledgment: By paying a deposit or full fee, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Deposits are non-refundable, strictly subject to the cancellation and refund provisions outlined herein.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
● 72-Hour Notice: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge once, provided you give strictly more than 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled clinical interview by emailing neurodiversepsychjen@protonmail.com.

● Late Cancellations & Late Arrivals: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals (15 minutes or more) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a 50% cancellation fee.

● Practitioner Rescheduling: Should Jen need to reschedule due to illness, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, administrative staff will offer alternative standard appointment slots at no extra cost. Moving to a Priority Booking slot remains an optional upgrade requiring the standard Priority fee.

4. Questionnaires & Pre-Assessment Documentation
● You must complete all required intake questionnaires, self-assessed diagnostic documentation, and quantitative forms from NovoPsych at least 72 hours prior to your clinical interview.

● If questionnaires are not completed 72 hours prior, your clinical interview will be automatically postponed to allow time for completion, and a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.

5. Nature & Scope of Service
● Target Service: Designed to provide a lower-cost, accessible assessment for adult patients curious about potential neurodivergence.

● Service Limits: Conducted online; this is not a multi-hour, in-person comprehensive neuropsychological battery.

● Location & Age: Available strictly to adults (18+) living and physically accessing the service within Australia.

● Crisis Warning: Not intended for crisis situations. If you are at imminent risk of harm, call 000, Lifeline (13 11 14), or present to your nearest emergency department.

6. Clinical Outcomes & External Agencies

 ● It is possible that you may not meet the diagnostic criteria for Autism or ADHD. All diagnostic conclusions made by Jen are final.

● Medication: Psychologists are not medical doctors and cannot prescribe medication.

● External Parties: Assessments do not guarantee medication from a medical practitioner,
nor do they guarantee approval or funding from the NDIS, private health insurance, Disability Support Pensions, or other agencies. Neurodiverse assessments are independent and not tailored to external funding criteria.

7. Reports, Data Integrity & Revisions
● Delivery Time: Diagnostic reports take time to compile and will be delivered within 6 to 12 weeks (up to 3 months depending on volume).

● No Report Revisions: Reports, receipts, and clinical outcomes are final and will not be modified to meet external agency requirements or client preferences. The only exception is the correction of verified factual/administrative errors (e.g., misspelled legal names), which must be reported immediately via email.

● Data Policy: Raw test data, scoring sheets, and test interpretation methods will not be released under any circumstances to preserve test security and integrity.
Requesting copies of completed diagnostic questionnaires or administrative forms incurs a $50 administrative fee.

8. Post-Assessment Follow-Up Consultations
● Clients wishing to discuss their completed report may book an optional, paid follow-up consultation.

● Allowed: Clarifying and answering questions regarding the conclusions written in the report.

● Not Allowed: Re-opening diagnostic conclusions, changing report text, requesting raw test data, or requesting explanations on raw test scoring mechanics.

9. Third-Party Referrals & Funding
● If a third-party organization (e.g., a charity or business) is funding an assessment, a dedicated Third-Party Referral Form must be submitted with client consent.

● The fee for third-party funded assessments is $900 (promotions/sales do not apply). Full payment must be received prior to the clinical interview.

10. Client Conduct & Safety Policy

 ● Zero-tolerance policy for abusive language, bullying, harassment, intimidation, stalking, or threats toward Jen or administrative staff.

● Engaging in such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the service and closure of your file without refund.

11. Technology, Social Media & Privacy
● NovoNote AI: Sessions utilize NovoNote AI technology for clinical note summaries. Session audio is never saved, and raw transcripts are permanently deleted following summary generation in compliance with Australian Privacy Principles and AHPRA guidelines.

● Social Media Disclaimer: Social media content is for educational purposes only and does not establish a therapeutic relationship. Formal communications must occur strictly through business email.
