THE SALVATION ARMY
Neurodiverse Proudly Supports the Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is a charity that gives hope where it is needed most, and their work is deeply meaningful to our team.
In 2023, our Senior Psychologist, Jenna Jones, accessed support and emergency accommodation through the Salvation Army after leaving domestic violence. Like many people, she never imagined she would need crisis support. During one of the most difficult periods of her life, the Salvation Army treated her with dignity, respect, compassion, and kindness, helping her stay safe and begin rebuilding her future.
Jenna made a quiet promise that one day she would give back to the organisation that helped her when she needed it the most.
Today, Neurodiverse donates $500 every month to the Salvos, with a total contribution of $4,500 and counting (as of June 2026).
The Salvation Army's values of integrity, compassion, respect, diversity, and collaboration align closely with our own commitment to supporting people through life's challenges.
Since arriving in Australia in 1881, the Salvation Army has grown into one of the country's most trusted charities. Through more than 2,000 services and 400 centres nationwide, they provide support for people experiencing homelessness, family and domestic violence, financial hardship, addiction, unemployment, and many other challenges.
Every year, the Salvos help hundreds of thousands of Australians by providing accommodation, meals, financial assistance, counselling, and practical support when it is needed most.
We are proud to support an organisation that changes lives every single day.
