AUTISM AND ADHD ASSESSMENT

At Neurodiverse, we offer a combined Autism and ADHD assessment service. This is because the two conditions are highly co-morbid. This assessment takes time and involves the completion of a clinical & diagnostic interview, report writing and a feedback session. We also understand that you may need only one specific assessment (e.g Autism). Each diagnostic assessment is comprehensive and tailored to individual needs. However, you can choose whether to have a comprehensive report or summary report.

Assessments are available to women over the age of 18 years, worldwide.

Assessment steps

1. Make initial contact with Neurodiverse via the contact form or email neurodiversepsychjen@protonmail.com regarding a booking date or any questions you may have.

2. Alternatively, book online and make full payment for your assessment using bank transfer or credit card. Payment must be made in full 24 hours before the assessment appointment. We are unable to offer payment plans.

3.Please complete the consent form.

4. You will attend your clinical & diagnostic interview with Jen online. Here, she will ask you questions about you, your life, school, clinical symptoms, work, study, family, hobbies and general questions. You will also be asked specific questions regarding Autism and ADHD diagnostic criteria.

5. Jen will send you a series of assessments to complete online.

6. You will be asked to attend a feedback session to review your results in detail and learn whether you meet diagnostic criteria for autism/ or ADHD. This is a 50 minute session where psycho-education and supportive counselling will also be provided. You will be emailed your report.

Comprehensive Autism & ADHD Diagnostic Report

This options includes all assessment results for every test used and a detailed explanation of all your results. This option is good if you would like a detailed explanation and written account of all your results spanning approximately 10 pages.

Cost: $800

Summary Autism & ADHD (Lite) Diagnostic Report

This option provides a two page diagnostic summary of your results and the diagnoses provided. This may suit you if you are seeking formal identification of a diagnosis only.
