ASSESSMENT PROCESS & COST
At Neurodiverse, we offer a combined Autism and ADHD assessment service. This is because the two conditions are highly co-morbid. This assessment takes time and involves the completion of a clinical & diagnostic interview, completion of questionnaires and report writing. ​

We now offer an adult ADHD & Autism assessment and Comprehensive Report only (no Summary Report). The cost is $900. This is available from March 2026.

There are no additional costs involved in this process.
Assessments are available to women, men and gender-diverse individuals over the age of 18 years residing in Australia.

Please note, our books are currently closed. We will offer more appointments from March 2026.

Assessment steps
​
1. Make initial contact with Neurodiverse via the contact form or email neurodiversepsychjen@protonmail.com regarding a booking date or any questions you may have.

2. Read the Terms and Conditions of the Service.
​
3. Complete the client consent form.
​
4. Book your clinical interview in online. Please take your time to consider whether this is the right service for you. You will be asked to pay a 50% deposit and to store your credit card details on Zanda. This deposit is refundable if you cancel 48 hours or more in advance.

5. Neurodiverse will send you a welcome email and series of questionnaires to complete online.

6. You will attend your clinical & diagnostic interview with Jen online. Here, she will ask you questions about you, your life, school, clinical symptoms, work, study, family, hobbies and general questions.​ You will also be asked specific questions regarding Autism and ADHD diagnostic criteria. Based on your this and your questionnaire results, Jen will talk with you about whether you meet the diagnostic criteria for Autism, ADHD or both. You will receive a confirmation of attendance form with your name and diagnosis on the day or at your feedback session.
7. Jen will send you your assessment report within three months. Usually, it is completed much prior to this.

Assessment + Comprehensive Report
This is an adult ADHD & Autism Assessment with a Comprehensive report (10+ pages). The price is the same whether you wish to have just one assessment + report (e.g autism only) or both (eg autism & ADHD). This report contains a detailed results section and may be helpful if you are needing a report for a specific purpose (i.e not just general interest).
